A way by which this can be achieved is by helping students acquire good study habits which later in life translate into effective work habits. Students are trained to become self-reliant and hopefully self-propelled and self-motivated. The teaching strategies put premium on the active participation of the learner where the student is allowed to question, discover, reflect on, and apply his learnings to the enhancement of his personal growth so that he may ultimately learn to become an independent and a life-long learner.
